Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. During new launches, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at littleeichs@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges
At Little Eichs, we want you to love every piece you receive for your little one. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Exchanges
Need a different size? We are happy to offer exchanges based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, allowing you to choose something new that works better for your family.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Little Eichs is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
